You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
- Service never activated: If we fail to deliver your credentials within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Major technical failure: If our servers experience persistent downtime (over 12 hours continuous) that we cannot resolve.
- Incompatible device: If you informed us of your device before purchase and our service turns out to be incompatible.
- Duplicate payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same subscription.
- Unauthorized charge: If a transaction was made without your permission (subject to verification).
3. Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:
- New subscriptions: Within 24 hours of activation.
- Renewals: Within 12 hours of the renewal charge.
- Technical issues: Must be reported within 24 hours of the issue occurring.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- Buyer's remorse: Simply changing your mind after activation.
- Used subscription: If the account has been used for more than 24 hours.
- Internet issues on your end: Slow, unstable, or insufficient internet connection.
- Incompatible devices not disclosed: Using unsupported or outdated devices without prior consultation.
- VPN/ISP blocking: Your ISP or country restricting IPTV traffic.
- Refusal to troubleshoot: Refusing to try our suggested fixes before requesting a refund.
- Specific channel requests: A specific channel being unavailable or removed (our lineup evolves).
- Expired subscriptions: Refund requests made after the subscription has naturally expired.
- Violation of terms: Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Use.
- Reseller credits: Used or partially used reseller credits (see section 7).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Step 2: Provide your order number, payment method, and reason for the refund request.
- Step 3: Allow our team to troubleshoot the issue (for technical problems). Most issues are resolved within 30 minutes.
- Step 4: If no resolution is possible, we'll approve your refund and initiate the process.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed according to your payment method:
- PayPal: 1โ3 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5โ10 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3โ7 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 24โ48 hours (sent to same wallet)
- Western Union: 2โ5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or financial institution.
7. Reseller Credit Refunds
Refunds for reseller credit packages follow special terms:
- Unused credits: Refundable within 48 hours of purchase, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Used credits: Non-refundable once spent on customer subscriptions.
- Partial packages: Refund calculated on remaining unused credits only.
- Panel access: Access is revoked upon refund processing.
