3. Eligibility

Upon subscribing, you will receive login credentials (M3U URL, Xtream Codes, or portal details). You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.2 Device Limits

Each subscription allows connection from up to 4 devices simultaneously. Exceeding this limit will result in connection failures. Reseller accounts have separate device limits as defined in the reseller panel.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account termination.

• 🚫 Attempt to circumvent device limits or access controls
• 🚫 Use the service for illegal streaming or piracy purposes beyond personal use

8. Intellectual Property

The Strong8K brand, logos, website design, and related materials are the exclusive property of Strong8K IPTV. You may not use, copy, or reproduce these without written permission.

8.2 Third-Party Content

All television programs, movies, series, sporting events, and other content delivered through our service are the property of their respective copyright holders. Strong8K does not own, host, or claim rights to any streamed content.

8.3 User Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or materials you submit to us become our property and may be used for service improvements without compensation to you.
